2️⃣ Lifestyle Interview

Who will you meet? 🤝	Karolina and one of our Engineering Manager → Michał Siemiończyk or Jakub Niemiec
Duration ⌛	60 minutes
Location 🗺️	online - via Google Meet
Goals 🤾🏼	- We will introduce you to Ramp culture to make sure that’s the right environment to work for you.

We will check the cultural fit.
We will verify if we can communicate well.
We would like to learn more about your experience and technical skills.
We would like to find out your needs and expectations. |

3️⃣ Skills Interview

Who will you meet? 🤝	Our Lead Engineering Manager Jakub Niemiec and our Head of Engineering Kamil Starski
Duration ⌛	60 minutes
Location 🗺️	in the Warsaw office*
Goals 🤾🏼	- We will dive deeper into your skills & experience.

We want to see if there is a match for our current needs at Ramp.
We will talk about and show how we work at Ramp.
We would be delighted to answer your questions about the position and our future plans. |

4️⃣ Final Interview

Who will you meet? 🤝	Our Head of Engineering Kamil Starski and CTO Łukasz Anwajler
Duration ⌛	60 minutes
Location 🗺️	in the Warsaw office*
Goals 🤾🏼	- You will meet with our HoE and CTO who would like to get to know you better.

We will talk more about our culture, values and company goals.
We will show you how we work at Ramp.
We will answer your questions about the position and our future plans. |
