1️⃣ Discovery interview

Duration ⌛	30 minutes
Location 🗺️	online - via Google Meet
Goals 🤾🏼	- We would like to introduce you to Ramp product and culture, our teams etc.

We will ask you a few questions to get to know you better and verify your English level.
We will speak about formalities, like notice period, salary expectations, working from the office etc.
We would be delighted to answer your questions and let you know about the process. |

2️⃣ Lifestyle Interview

Who will you meet? 🤝	One of our recruiters → Karolina or Grzegorz, and one member of our Engineering Team
Duration ⌛	60 minutes
Location 🗺️	online - via Google Meet or onsite in Warsaw office if possible
Goals 🤾🏼	- We will introduce you to Ramp culture to make candidates sure that’s the right environment to work for you.

We will check the cultural fit.
We will verify if we can communicate well.
We would like to learn more about your experience and technical skills.
We would like to find out your needs and expectations. |

3️⃣ Task stage

Duration ⌛	You have 4 days to send back the solution. Our Engineers will check it within 3 working days.
Goals 🤾🏼	- We will review the code that you have provided, including running it and checking how many goals are working. We will assess the quality of code, commits, and architecture, and check things like how you utilise comments or MD files. Please keep in mind that the more senior role you apply for, the higher quality of the solution and code we expect, including more advanced goals working.

4️⃣ Technical interview

Who will you meet? 🤝	2 Senior members of our Engineering Team
Duration ⌛	60 min
Location 🗺️	online - via Google Meet
Goals 🤾🏼	- We will discuss your solution and dive deeper into your technical skills and experience.
